Third Grade

Katie Dellar

Mrs. Katie Dellar has been an active member at Mount Calvary since 2018 when her family moved to Wisconsin from Michigan, and her children have attended our grade school. In 2023, Katie was presented with the opportunity to teach 3rd Grade at Mount Calvary and she graciously accepted the position.  She previously worked in the public school setting as a reading interventionist (Michigan) and as a 1st grade teacher. 

She most looks forward to sharing God’s Word with her students during Christ Light lessons and religion classes. Katie also has a passion for literacy and learning. She has a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governor’s University and is working on finishing another master’s at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. She will graduate in May of 2026 with her reading teacher and reading administrator licenses, along with a dyslexia intervention certification. It is very important to Katie that God’s children are able to read and access His Word.
