Planning an Event

If you’re organizing an event, please begin by completing the Event Planning Form. This helps us share your event details with the appropriate people right from the start.

Getting Volunteers

Mount Calvary Lutheran now uses Signup.com with an ad-free subscription—so you won’t encounter any unwanted ads (like when using free Sign-Up Genius) when using our sign-up forms. If you’d like to create your own sign-up lists under Mount Calvary’s Serving Our Savior page on Signup.com, just request an admin code on the Event Planning Form.

Creating Materials

Once your form is submitted, you’ll also receive a link to our Branding Resources page. This includes logo files and visual guidelines to help your materials reflect Mount Calvary Lutheran’s visual identity.
