Kindergarten Roundup

Friday, January 16, 2026 7:45 – 10:00 a.m.

Any families with children considering enrolling in our kindergarten program for the 2026-2027 school year are encouraged to attend our upcoming Kindergarten Round-Up event this Friday, January 16. Parents and their children are invited to join us from 7:45 – 10:00 a.m. to learn more about our kindergarten program and take part in some activities that will give children a preview of what Kindergarten will be like. 

Who? Children who will be 5 years old by September 1, 2026

When? Friday, January 16, 2026 — 7:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Where? Mount Calvary Lutheran’s Kindergarten Classroom

Come to meet Mrs. Ronholt, our kindergarten teacher, and have some fun with new friends.

We will join in a lesson about Jesus, sing songs, make a project, and see what we can do with numbers and letters. There will be time to play in the kindergarten play center!

Schedule:

7:45 – Parents and children are welcome to come into the classroom.

8:00–8:30 – Jesus Stops the Storm Bible Lesson for children and parents

8:30–9:00 – Fun with alphabet letters and numbers

9:00–9:30 – Craft project to take home

9:30–10:00 – Children will enjoy story time and have a chance to explore the kindergarten classroom with Mrs. Ronholt.

Grown-ups from 9:30–10:00 AM are invited to meet with Pastor Frick and Principal Gurgel for more information on Christian education offered at Mount Calvary Lutheran. Registration packets will be available for those who are interested.
